Smooth roads.
Hard work.
Paved right.
Covenant Construction is a fourth-generation Moose Jaw paving crew with eight decades laying mat across Saskatchewan. Driveways, parking lots, road construction, sealcoating, chipseal, bin sealing and pothole repair. On time and on budget — and right now, 11% off to cover your tax.
From subgrade
to striping.
Ten services, one in-house crew. Whether it's a driveway in town, a township road, an industrial yard, or a grain bin that needs sealing — we handle it start to finish.
Asphalt Paving
Hot-mix asphalt, machine laid, rolled to spec. Light or heavy applications across town and country. The base goes in right so the mat lasts.
Parking Lots
Eight stalls to two hundred. New build, overlay, or full tear-out. Sequenced around your business hours so customers keep finding the door.
Driveways
Town drives, acreage approaches, RV pads. Graded for prairie drainage, compacted, hand-finished at the edges. The first thing your guests see.
Road Construction
New roads, overlays, patching. We've worked with towns, villages, RMs and the province on country lanes and main streets across Saskatchewan.
Industrial Paving
Truck pads, loading docks, oil-patch leases, container yards. Thicker lifts, heavier base, mixes designed for the machinery that chews regular pavement.
Sealcoating
Sunscreen for asphalt. A coat every two to three years blocks UV, slows oxidation, and stops hairline cracks before they become the expensive kind.
Crack Filling
Hot-pour rubberized sealant. The cheapest insurance there is — a $400 crack-fill in fall keeps a $40,000 lot out of the wrecking yard.
Chipsealing
Hot liquid asphalt topped with rolled stone aggregate. The right pick for long country drives, ranch lanes and RM roads where full hot-mix isn't the right call.
Bin Sealing & Waterproofing
Grain bin foundations sealed against ground moisture and rodent entry. Asphalt-based waterproof membrane around the perimeter — grain stays dry, bin stays sound.
Pothole Repair
Saw-cut a clean square, remove the failed mat, prime the edges, drop hot mix, compact tight. We patch so it ties to the surrounding pavement and stays put.
Four generations,
one handshake,
still going.
In the beginning — well, our great-grandfather said, "Let's lay some asphalt." Eight decades later we're still at it. Same family. Same name. Same standard.
Run by pavers, not by phones.
Covenant Construction is a family business with a name that means something to us. Four generations of pavers across roughly eighty years of Saskatchewan winters, prairie summers, and everything the ground does in between.
We pave for the city and we pave for the village. We work for the big industrial outfit and we work for the homeowner who just got the place graded. We've patched roads for the Town of Avonlea since 2011. We've kept things running for SaskPower. We worked around the schedule at Home Building Centre in Saskatoon so they never lost a sales day.
The work we put in the ground in 1956 was meant to last. The work we put in the ground today is too.
