Road construction has been a Covenant Construction speciality for four generations. We work for towns, villages, rural municipalities, utilities and the province across Saskatchewan, new road builds, overlays, patching, intersection repair. Bonded, insured, BBB accredited.
New construction
Full ground-up road build, survey, grading, subgrade prep, granular base, paving, striping, signage tie-in. We coordinate with engineers, utilities, and the municipality's public-works office so the job lands on schedule.
Overlays
When the base is sound but the surface is showing wear, an overlay is a fraction of the cost of full reconstruction and adds 10 to 15 years to the life of the road. We'll assess whether overlay is the right call before recommending it, if the underlying mat is too far gone, overlay is throwing money away.
Patching · municipal partnerships
We've been doing patching for the Town of Avonlea since 2011. Long-term partnerships with the towns and RMs we work for, same crew comes back year after year, knows the lay of the streets, and can move fast on emergency patches.
