Parking Lot Paving.
Done right.
A parking lot is the first thing customers see and the last surface they touch. We pave commercial lots across Saskatchewan, small office plazas, retail anchors, grocery stores, hotels, churches, hospitals, professional buildings, restaurants. Base prep to fresh ADA-compliant striping, one crew, one written number.
Sequenced around your business hours
A retail lot doesn't close. We sequence the pour in halves or quadrants so half the lot is always usable while the other half is going down. Night pours and weekend pours available where the job calls for it. Customers keep finding the door.
ADA layout and striping
Stalls, fire lanes, no-parking, accessible stalls, van-accessible spaces, directional arrows, stop bars, crosswalks. We stripe to current municipal and accessibility code with hot-applied paint that holds up to Saskatchewan winters.
New build · overlay · tear-and-replace
Sometimes the base is solid and you just need a fresh mat over the top. Sometimes the whole lot needs to come out. We'll walk the lot, look at the cracks and settling, and tell you straight which approach fits your budget and the next ten years.
What we handle under this service

Or maybe you
need both.
